The Mercedes-Benz F-Cell Roadster out in force at the Lodge in Pebble Beach.
Although this was introduced 2 years ago, it’s the first time witnessing it outside in the wild, and moving!
This 1.2kw hybrid drive is only capable of speeds up to 30km/h but has a reach of 350km.
The thing that really catches you attention is the F1-inspired front nose and the rear glass window over the engine. Check it out here.

Which is why the Hoverbike is going to make it a lot easier for people to get around farmers to herd their cattle around. Really though, this has been created for farmer currently using helicopters to herd cattle from one pasture to the other.
It’s capable of reaching 10,000ft alt and is roughly $45,000. This will reduce any maintanence costs and petrol costs enormously.
And looks much much cooler than floating around in a chopper.

The Pretty Beach House on top of Pretty Beach located 100km from Sydney in Australia is jaw-dropping.
There’s been a dramatic increase in demand for an almost house-like renting style of accomodation - boutique hotels you could call them - but without the international brand behind them, like Hilton or Mariott.

Steve Jobs addressed the City council of Cupertino, California in a bid to get approval for a new project which will see close to 12,000 employees housed in one building.
Crazy? Possibly. Smart? Definitely. The land which they currently sit on will be spectacularly transformed by increasing landscape by 350%, trees by 60%, overall space by 20% and a decrease in surface parking by 90%, and the building footprint by 30%.
